The hotel strives to ensure that the information is accurate and reliable. You accept that all Information provided on the Site or any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Wed Site is general information and is not in the nature of advice.

You also accept that all of the Information is provided on an “as is” basis and to the extent permitted by law, is provided without any warranty, representation or condition of any kind whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of or reliance upon Information and the Site or any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Web Site. The Site may contain links to other web sites (“Linked Web Sites”). Those links are provided for convenience only. The hotel provides such links solely as a convenience to you and for information purposes only. The hotel has not reviewed all of the information on these other websites.

You acknowledge and agree that the hotel does not have any control over the content or availability of Linked Web Sites and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or any other aspect of Linked Web Sites.

The hotel may from time to time update, modify or add to the Information, including these Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary all new Information shall be subject to these Conditions.

Hotel Premises Policy

  • Due to Guest Safety reason, the guest visitors are not allowed to guest rooms.
  • The food services order will be taken before or up to 2200 hrs.
  • The Hotel does not entertain any kind of alcoholic beverage in our Hotel.
  • The Hotel does not entertain non-vegetarian food including egg, being brought and/or consumed on the premises of the property.
  • Reservation

  • Please make advance reservation via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.
  • Advance in Cash or deposit /online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. The deposit / online payment to be paid in advance equivalent to total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation.

    Please read the cancellation policy before obtaining the confirmed reservation.

  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and enforce no refund is admissible
  • The actual taxes, fees and cess prevalent at the time of stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and you are liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes, fees, cess etc.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake or error.
  • On check in to the hotel, please present the hotel reservation confirmation voucher along with valid photo ID or Passport, Photo PAN Card, Election Identity Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/ State government and a valid credit card for any incidental and/ or extra charge
  • Corporate reservations need to be secured by a company credit card. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact Hotel’s Reservation.
  • Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in cancellation & early checkout policy.
  • Cancellation And Refund Policy

  •  All the guaranteed reservations are non-refundable. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
  • The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent/OTA will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent/OTA only and no refund admissible online.
  • Please note that if an online booking is modified or cancelled with the hotel’s reservations Office/ Hotel’s sales office, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online.
  • Hotel’s Check in time is 13:00 hrs and Check out time is 11:00 hrs, early check in and late check-out request can be considered subject to be availability of room with an additional charges. An Early departure would liable to pay room night charges for the entire booking period.
  • Please note for reservation of more than one room in that case all rooms are determined as "reserved nights".

  • The Cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the Hotel’s discretion.
  • On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
  • Occupancy

  • Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charge extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel.
